Goal

Export table statistics by DBMS_STATS.EXPORT_TABLE_STATS and use dbms_stats.import_table_stats to import statistics,
For some table which has stale statistics, the stale_stats column of DBA_TAB_STATISTICS is changed from YES to NO after the export/import.
