DataPump Export (EXPDP) Reports "FLASHBACK automatically enabled" After Setting Minimal Supplemental Logging (Doc ID 2612156.1)

Symptoms

After executing "ALTER DATABASE ADD SUPPLEMENTAL LOG DATA;" to set Minimal Supplemental Logging, DataPump export (expdp) will output message "FLASHBACK automatically enabled to preserve database integrity."
And the following error may occur due to insufficient privilege.
