Log are not rotating automatically On Exadata Cells (Doc ID 2614042.1)

Goal

Customer received an alert from one of out cells indicating that there was a space problem in one of the FS (on / )

They can see that there were some logs quite big but in 2 of out 4 cells, they have the /root/megaSAS.log log with a size of 2,5 GB and in the other 2 cells the size of this log was a few Mb.
