Trigger Does Not Work Properly After ALTER TABLE ... DROP UNUSED COLUMNS

On 18c and onwards, trigger shows incorrect behavior after doing "alter table ... drop unused columns" command to the table that is referenced by the trigger.
After running such DDL, we'd expect the trigger to be invalidated and needs to be recompiled. However, this DDL statement does not invalidate the trigger, and the trigger fires on a wrong column.
