Symptoms

When trying to upgrade the ODA version to 18.7, the pre-patch or patching will failed the following error:

Verify CPU cores Failed Internal error encountered:
Configured core count is not equal maximum allowed core count. Refer to 18.7.0.0.0 Release Notes for steps to run before patching the system to 18.7.0.0.0..
