Symptoms
After installing Database Client 19.3.0.0.0 (32bit) with Gold Image, running sqlplus from the command prompt,
"the program can't start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
is displayed and an error occurs.
