Note: Since the Cloudera Manager license shipped with Mammoth releases through BDA 5.1 expired on January 31, 2020, extend the license on new installs by following the steps in the installation notes below. Those steps will extend the Cloudera Manager license expiration date from January 31, 2020 to January 31, 2023.

  1. Installing Oracle Big Data Appliance Mammoth (Software Deployment Bundle) Release V4.14 for New CDH Installations with OL7 Base Image (Doc ID 2566852.1).
  2. Installing Oracle Big Data Appliance Mammoth (Software Deployment Bundle) Release V5.1.0 for New CDH Installations with OL7 Base Image (Doc ID 2621701.1).

On BDA 5.1 and lower the current Cloudera Manager license expires on January 31, 2020.  The same applies to BDCS and BDCM environments.
