AIX: 18c/19c Installed successfully ,but sqlplus,lsnrctl fails with "Illegal Instruction" (Doc ID 2621030.1)

Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version 18.1.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

18c/19c Database/Client on AIX Installed successfully.

But when executing the oracle utilities like: sqlplus,lsnrctl,expdp etc ,it fails with error:Illegal instruction

This issue on Power 6 machine.

/usr/sbin/prtconf
Processor Type: PowerPC_POWER6
Processor Implementation Mode: POWER

>./sqlplus
Illegal instruction

>./lsnrctl
Illegal instruction

stack trace shows:

dbx -r sqlplus
