MySQL MEM "MySQL Agent Not Reachable" Alert Still Generated When Instances are In Blackout (Doc ID 2623385.1)

The events for the instance are suppressed when the instances is in blackout, however a 'MySQL Agent Not Reachable' alert is still generated.

Would be good to be able to set the MEM (MySQL Enterprise Monitor) Agent in blackout, not just an instance.
