Symptoms

On Partitioned tables the value displayed in DBA_EXTENTS differs from DBA_SEGMENTS

In 11g Database, this issue is not observed, only on 12c Database customer is observing this issue: Below is an example of mismatch.

Upgrade to 12.1 or later
