Cannot drop audit trail from unreachable host. (Doc ID 2627986.1)

Symptoms

When trying to drop an audit trail either using the GUI or AVCLI, it does not succeed with the error:

OAV-46572: Agent is UNREACHABLE on host

The Audit trail with status UNREACHABLE could not be deleted with the WEB-GUI. The reported error message from the GUI is: the audit trail from the secured target is running.

Changes

 The agent installation on the host (or the entire host) was removed without properly stopping the audit trails and agent first.
