Purpose

On Data Guard configuration, REDO data is transported from Primary Database to Standby Database.
When transporting REDO data, RFS process is started on Standby Database, and RFS process receives REDO data.
On Primary Database, one process is started to send REDO data to RFS process.
But process on Primary Database differs for each versions of Oracle Database.
