Unable to load geospatial data provided by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan on an Oracle 18c database.

There are no SRIDs for registration of Japan Geodetic System 2011 (JGD2011), there are only Japan Geodetic System 2000 (JGD2000) SRIDs registered.
