Exadata Patching: Node Is Not Coming Up After Post Patching Reboot Fails with error: file `/initramfs-4.1.12-124.30.1.el7uek.x86_64.img' not found. (Doc ID 2630398.1)

Symptoms

During the Exadata Image upgrade to 19.x.x.x after the YUM update Exadata Server is in the boot loop and doesn't start . It fails with the following error:

file `/initramfs-4.1.12-124.30.1.el7uek.x86_64.img' not found.
