Error ORA-04031 in the Large Pool with Memory Type "CTWR dba buffer" and/or ORA-29770 (Doc ID 2631655.1)

Symptoms

 

Received error ORA-04031 in "large pool" with memory type "CTWR dba buffer". For example,

ORA-04031: unable to allocate ###### bytes of shared memory ("large pool","unknown object","large pool","CTWR dba buffer")

or/and

ORA-29770 LMS hangs showing function kcllwr in the call stack.
A hang example is that LMS0 was waiting for logging Block Written Records (BWR)
when got blocked in CTWR buffer resize with this Call Stack example:
krccall <- krcrsz <- krcpwbs <- kcrfw_redo_gen_ext <-kcllwr <-kclpto <- kjmsm <- ksbrdp
and LMHB kills LMS process
