Symptoms

Clients got timeout error or cannot connect although there are other available gateways on the node where the first gateway has "state:blocked".

After few number of days of a CMAN reboot the clients timed out or could not connect to CMAN. And we have to reboot CMAN again
At server level we detected a "state: blocked" when entering "show services" by cmctl

CMCTL:CMAN_XXXXXX> show services
