Symptoms
A query containing a WITH clause initially takes less than a second, but subsequent reruns take longer and longer. Hundreds of child cursors are created. Counts from v$sql_shared_cursor showed high-count mismatches for reasons "AUTH_CHECK_MISMATCH" and "TRANSLATION_MISMATCH".
