Symptoms
On : 11.2.0.4 version, when executing select * from SYS.Dba_Network_Acls the ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qmxqtmChkXQAtomMapSQL:2] is reported.
Same query fails also with ORA-08103: object no longer exists
