Symptoms
- SQL's are not getting shared due to BIND_EQUIV_FAILURE in 12.2
- Due to this issue customer is getting "ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [KGL-heap-size-exceeded]" error, which leads to shared pool contention and database crash
Changes
Upgraded the database from 12.1 to 12.2
