FBDA: Flashback Data Archive Target Database Causing TX Row Lock Contention On SYS_FBA_TCRV_% internal Table (Doc ID 2636495.1)

Symptoms

ORCL has FBDA enabled on a number of tables that are being replicated via GoldenGate.

We are seeing TX row lock on internal FBDA tables causing GG to wait on the lock to be released. This is causing severe delay in the Data flow. System was running transactions without performance issues and GG was running with no lag until Source database load was increased.

Need to determine cause of FBDA TX contention.
