Symptoms

On RDBMS 12.2.0.1, errors are written to the alert.log for an ADR (Automatic Diagnostic Repository) scheduled job.

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "SYS"."DRA_REEVALUATE_OPEN_FAILURES"
ORA-48602: HM finding id [486502] not found
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_IR", line 522
