Symptoms

After applying the Oracle PSU JANUARY 2020 Combo patch 30463718 p30463718_112040_Linux-x86-64.zip I received errors when running the prereq statement to reapply the RMAN patch 28432129 p28432129_112040_Linux-x86-64.zip
$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch prereq CheckConflictAgainstOHWithDetail -ph ./
