datapatch failed with error below :

Error: prereq checks failed!
  patch 27105253: Error reading descriptor from registry: Not a SCALAR reference at <ORACLE_HOME>/sqlpatch/lib/XML/Simple.pm line 433, line 21.

Prereq check failed, exiting without installing any patches.
