Symptoms

Installed Oracle Locator in 12.2 single-tenant database.

There are some OBJECTS of type SYNONYM owned by PUBLIC that are INVALID and appear on CDB_OBJECTS as part of con_id with sharing "METADATA LINK".
However these invalid objects do not appears on CDB_SYNONYMS at all.
