KUP-04095: Preprocessor command encountered error "pipe Read Timeout (Doc ID 2641386.1)

Symptoms

When the execution time of preprocessor script last 100 seconds or more, we get following error message :

ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEFETCH callout
ORA-29400: data cartridge error
KUP-04095: preprocessor command /u01/transfer/data/folder/return_data.sh
encountered error "pipe read timeout"
