EM Express Failing with Secure Connection (https) in Windows (Doc ID 2644452.1)

Symptoms

After installing database by DBCA using a domain user in Windows, https connection to EM Express got failed.

If the following two conditions are both met, the above issue happen.

1. The Home user is virtual account.
2. The install user that starts DBCA is a domain user.
