Symptoms

19.4 DB Version : 2 Node RAC CDB/PDB Database.


When a User PDB Database is MOUNTED in Node 1 and set to READ-WRITE State in Node 2. When You query all_tab_statistics in node 2, It reports ORA-01219 Error along with ORA-12801 Error.



Changes

User PDB was kept in MOUNTED State in one for the RAC - NODE.
