Symptoms

ORA-4023 errors signaled from a query if optimizer_features_enable(OFE) is set to 11.x or _optimizer_ansi_rearchitecture=false.
This error also occur in the internal query of Automated Maintenance Tasks, and the task will not work due to this issue.
