Can not execute 'crsctl get css diagwait' on 19c

# crsctl get css diagwait
Parse error:
'diagwait' is an invalid argument

Brief usage:
crsctl get {css <parameter>|hostname|nodename}

crsctl [-h | --help]
For detailed help on each command and object and its options use:
crsctl <command> <object> -h For example, crsctl relocate resource -h
