Symptoms

The following errors are reported in the alert log and generated a incident trace:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [gsignal()+53] [SIGIOT] [ADDR:0x4F75000107C6] [PC:0x3AD6E32495] [unknown code] []
ORA-03135: connection lost contact
