Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.2 version, RDBMS

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments [4521], [9], [18446744073684119047], [9], [456427976], [18446744073709551615], [18446744073709551615], [], []


Prior to  ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments [4521],   the following errors are reported in database alert log:

ORA 600 [ktbdchk1: bad dscn]  (in this case, the error was completely flood controlled)

Changes

A switchover from primary to standby and back from standby to primary was performed
