適用範囲:

現象

• 11.2.0.4 以上の RAC データベースが latch: row cache objects でハングする
• latch: row cache objects と latch: shared pool の待機によるプロセスがハングする
• ユーザープロセスでの RAC インスタンスへの接続が実行できない
• LCK0 が "row cache cleanup" で長時間待機する
• 問題発生期間に AWR スナップショットが取得されない
• コールスタックが以下に類似する結果を示す:
