Removing Older Property Graph Server Installations after Installation of 20.1 Property Graph Server and Client (Doc ID 2652121.1)

Goal

As of the 20.1 release of Oracle Spatial and Graph, the Property Graph software is no longer bundled with the Oracle Database, instead it is available for download as a separate package (called Oracle Graph Server and Client).  Thus customers who upgrade databases to 20.1 and higher and download and install Oracle Graph Server and Client could have both the older and newer Property Graph binaries present.  Also, the latest Property Graph Server and Client software can be installed to work with earlier versions of the database starting with 12.2, which will have the older Property Graph binaries in a location under $ORACLE_HOME.   To avoid confusion and potential conflicts, Oracle recommends removing the older Property Graph binaries with the following steps.
