Diskgroups are Dismounted because Grid Disk Size Is Smaller Than Asm Disk Header Value After Resizing diskgroups

증상
On : RDBMS 19.6.0.0.0 version, Exadata image version 12.1.2.1.1.150316.2 Exa-STORAGE
Cell서버#6 메모리 교체 후 RECOC1 diskgroup 이 diskmount 되면서 모든 instance가 비 정상적으로 crash됨.
RECOC1 diskgroup 은 아래와 같은 Error와 함께 계속해서 mount 실패함

Dec. 14, 2019 : DATA diskgroup 과 RECO diskgroup 을 Resizing함. DATA diskgroup을 늘리고 RECO diskgroup을 줄임.
Feb. 8, 2020 : Cell서버#6 메모리 교체
