Configure ADR_BASE in GDS/GSM environment (Doc ID 2654110.1)

Symptoms

 GSM is not writing logs to the correct location when adr_home is set in gsm.ora. Logs are being written to both locations.

/home/oracle/app/oracle/diag/gsm/das-gds-2/dasgsm2/trace

Changes

ADR_BASE was added as a separate entry i.e outside of GSM listener.

ADR_BASE_GSM1=/SIDS/app/oracle
