Enterprise Roles Not Working In Multitenant Environment (Doc ID 2654199.1)

Symptoms

With a non-CDB database, EUS users who have been granted an enterprise role are able to exercise the privileges granted to a global role which has been mapped to the enterprise role.

With a Multitenant (CDB/PDB) database, after a similar setup, EUS users are not getting the privileges granted to the enterprise role after the global role has been mapped.

 

Changes

EUS has been configured with OUD and Microsoft Active Directory.  EUS users are able to authenticate successfully.
