Symptoms

After applying RU 19.4.0.0.0, ORA-1555 is no longer reported in the alert log.
If rollback the RU 19.4.0.0.0, ORA-1555 was reported to the alert log again.

Changes

Applied RU 19.4.0.0.0 or later.
