Symptoms

On a BDA 4.11 cluster, Cloudera Manager (CM) showed alerts on Reports Manager which stated "Process status bad."

At the same time, the mysqld_error.log on the host with MySQL Primary role, Node 3 by default, shows repeated errors like:
