After CDB creation, at CDB level everything is valid, but in the PDB$SEED, there are 2 invalid objects:
- sys.dbms_sqlpatch
- sys.KUPW$WORKER
Changes
Installed Oracle binaries for 19c , created new container database using CREATE DATABASE statement and then executed the script catcdb.sql
