Invalid Objects in PDB$SEED On New Container Database Created Manually With Local UNDO Enabled (Doc ID 2657295.1)

After CDB creation, at CDB level everything is valid, but in the PDB$SEED, there are 2 invalid objects:

  1. sys.dbms_sqlpatch
  2. sys.KUPW$WORKER

 

Changes

Installed Oracle binaries for 19c , created new container database using CREATE DATABASE statement and then executed the script catcdb.sql
