11g - SQL*Loader shows this timestamp field "ORDER_TIME" NEXT 27 DATETIME SYYYY-MM-DD-hh24.mi.ss.ff6 and the row loads successfully.

12.2 - SQL*Loader shows this timestamp field "ORDER_TIME" NEXT 61 DATETIME SYYYY-MM-DD-hh24.mi.ss.ff6 and the row fails to load.

Upgraded to Oracle release 12.2.
