Symptoms

Steps followed to replace the faulty NVMe disk

 

Below command shows that the disk is available

nvmeadm list
SUNW-NVME-1
SUNW-NVME-2
SUNW-NVME-3
SUNW-NVME-4
SUNW-NVME-5 >> New disk
