Database level slow IO with event "db File Async I/O Submit" On Databases Hosted On ACFS (Doc ID 2665030.1)

Symptoms

Database level slow IO with event db File Async I/O Submit while database hosted on ACFS filesystem.

alter system set db_recovery_file_dest='' scope=memory
