Symptoms
When running a 12.1 UTL_HTTP call to a Web Server / URL that includes an "SNI" or Server Name Identification, an error is thrown:
However, when using 12.2, the same UTL_HTTP query works and returns data.
Also, when querying any other URL that does not use SNI, the call works.
