OGG-01454 While Relocating GG XAG Resource To Another Node. (Doc ID 2672013.1)

Symptoms

In a Clusteware RAC environment using Grid XAG agent version 10.1, whenever moving the GoldenGate resource to the other node, it cannot start GoldenGate processes on the new node due to locking issues:

2020-03-06 21:36:30 ERROR OGG-01454 Unable to lock file "<path>/dirchk/<process name>.cpe" (error 13, Permission denied).
2020-03-06 21:36:30 ERROR OGG-01668 PROCESS ABENDING.

We can also see "Unable to open file" from the shared disk file system for the pump collector:

2020-02-21T09:06:01.957-0500 WARNING OGG-01223 Oracle GoldenGate Collector for Oracle: Unable to open file "<path>/<trail file name>" (error 13, Permission denied).

 Configured High Availability for GoldenGate via Grid XAG agent.
