Symptoms

After new install,relink fails with below error-

Starting Oracle Universal Installer...

Checking swap space: must be greater than 500 MB. Actual 69627 MB Passed
Preparing to launch Oracle Universal Installer from /tmp/OraInstall2020-02-05_10-39-20AM. Please wait ...The java.library.path system variable is missing or invalid. Please set java.library.path with a correct value and retry the operation

 

Changes

 Installation was done with the ORACLE_HOSTNAME set,Database Installation is sucuessful and relink during Installation is successfull & $ORACLE_HOME/install/make.log shows no errors.
