Symptoms

 Opatchauto fails with following error -

Patch: /u01/PATCH_STAGE/30899722/30869156
Log: /u02/grid/app/product/19c/grid/cfgtoollogs/opatchauto/core/opatch/opatch2020-05-03_08-01-09AM_1.log
Reason: Failed during Patching: oracle.opatch.opatchsdk.OPatchException: Execution of INIT script failed, with return value = 1

After fixing the cause of failure Run opatchauto resume

OPATCHAUTO-68061: The orchestration engine failed.
OPATCHAUTO-68061: The orchestration engine failed with return code 1
OPATCHAUTO-68061: Check the log for more details.
OPatchAuto failed.
