Symptoms
Despite WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH is successfully deinstalled, deinstllation & resintallation of sqlpatch on MGMTDB is not performed.
Here is a log of "rootcrs.pl -postpatch" during deinstalltion of WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH 12.1.0.1.19(patch#20912366). None of sqlpatch was rolled back & applied.
Changes
Execute a following command at Patch Deinstallation Instructions for a RAC Environment in patch README.html during deinstallation of WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH.
%ORACLE_HOME%\perl\bin\perl -I%ORACLE_HOME%\perl\lib -I%ORACLE_HOME%\crs\install %ORACLE_HOME%\crs\install\rootcrs.pl -postpatch -nonrolling
