Root.sh During GI Installation Failed With ORA-15018 And ORA-15107 (Doc ID 2678808.1)

Symptoms

During GI installation -
when attempting to run root.sh on the first node, it fails with

2020-05-20 22:42:23: Command output:
>
> [FATAL] [DBT-30002] Disk group OCRVOTE creation failed.
> ORA-15018: diskgroup cannot be created
> ORA-15107: missing or invalid ASM disk name
>

Changes

 The disk device to be used for OCR/Voting experienced disk sharedness test before gridSetup.sh execution.
