ORA-1031 Starting xStream Capture in RAC (Doc ID 2679786.1)

Symptoms

Running xStreams capture in Real Application Server may fail during startup with ORA-1031 error.

A capture trace (sid_cp0n_pid.trc) will be produced with similar content:
