What does "Failover clustering resource deadlock" mean ? (Doc ID 2682834.1)

In a Microsoft Windows failover cluster environment a "Failover Clustering resource deadlock" error may appear in the application event log.

An example of the error is shown below.

Customer also wonder why IsAlivePolling timeout error is not printed out.
